Nick’s expertise are in the areas of financial operations, education, human resources and leadership. Nick completed his Master degree in the Executive MBA program at TWU. He also completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at Southern A&M University in 2000. He later completed the Region X teaching certification program in 2005. Nick was drafted in the 1996 Major League Baseball (MLB) draft by the Kansas City Royals and has a diverse work background. He is a former associate baseball scout for the LA Angels. He also traded stocks for Fidelity Investments, was a claims adjuster for Allstate Insurance, a substitute teacher for Mckinney ISD and currently mentors students in Frisco ISD. Nick has worked with children of all ages, backgrounds and needs throughout the DFW-metroplex through coaching, training and providing baseball clinics. His focus is to offer our learners an opportunity to participate in coordinated sport activities with neuro-typical children and most of all give our learners an opportunity to have fun and make new friends. In his efforts to inspire others that anything is possible, Nick took the charge to organize a t-ball team to provide our learners an opportunity to participate in an organized sport at our local YMCA.
In addition, Nick spends the other part of his time managing the day to day operations of our organization. He addresses human resources related questions with staff, guides parents through the insurance and claims process and provides leadership opportunities for our staff. “My passion is to help equip all learners no matter their differences with the fundamentals for building strength and coordination as they grow to love recreational sport activities and provide an exemplary service to families.”
