Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA)
Qualifications Education: Completion of a bachelor degree in one of the following fields:behavior analysis, special education, psychology, early childhood education, child development or other closely related field. Completion of at least 9-hours of behavior analytic coursework is required as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience: Applicant’s must have a minimum of one year of supervised experience by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the implementation, design, monitoring and oversight of behavior analytic programs by others. In addition, the scope of the applicant’s experience must include demonstrating the above skills with at least 5 families. Job Requirements: Applicants are responsible for all lead therapist responsibilities plus providing intensive training to parents and therapists in program implementation, providing recommendations under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), addressing parental concerns, communicating with all members of the client’s team,leading some team meetings in the BCBA’s absence, monitoring and overseeing the implementation of programs by other members, developing behavior reduction programs, conducting functional assessments and analyses and assisting the BCBA in presentations/workshops and in other projects that will lead to the applicant’s overall skill development. Compensation: Our rates are highly competitive.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Qualifications Education: Completion of a bachelor degree in one of the following fields: behavior analysis, special education, psychology, early childhood education, child development or other closely related field. Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 6-months experience implementing behavior analytic programs. Applicant must also have experience with various data collection methods and graphing. Also, applicants must have implemented programs for at least two families under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Job Requirements: Applicants will be responsible for implementing behavior analytic programs to increase skills across major learning areas: language, play, social, motor, self-help and pre-academic/academics. Applicants are responsible for following through all program modifications, participating in team meetings, recording and graphing data and updating program guides on a daily basis. In addition, the applicant must demonstrate knowledge of basic ABA techniques and be available for frequent training for skill development, including meeting requirements for becoming a Registered Behavior Technician. Effective oral and written communication skills are a must. Compensation: Our rates are highly competitive.
Registered Behavior Technician Senior Level (RBT-Senior)
Qualifications Education: Completion of a bachelor degree in one of the following fields:behavior analysis, special education, psychology, early childhood education, child development or other closely related field. Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience implementing, designing various data-collection systems to track progress, monitoring others implementation of programs and disseminating information to both parents and therapists. The scope of the applicant’s experience should include demonstrating the above skills with a minimum of five families. Job Requirements: The lead therapist serves as a liaison between all members of client’s team. Applicants are responsible for all therapist’s responsibilities plus interpreting consultant’s recommendations, designing programs and disseminating program changes to all members of the team. In addition, the applicant must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of ABA techniques, provide some parent and therapist training and participate in all training and meetings for skill development. Effective oral and written communication skills are a must. Compensation: Our rates are highly competitive.
